JumpKlik provides a technology platform that connects delivery partners with customers for various delivery services including rides, food delivery, and package delivery. We act as an intermediary and do not provide delivery services directly.
3. User Categories and Requirements
3.1 Delivery Partners
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Possess valid driving license and vehicle registration
- Complete background verification process
- Maintain valid insurance coverage
- Comply with all traffic and safety regulations
3.2 Customers
- Must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Provide accurate delivery information
- Make payments promptly
- Treat delivery partners with respect
4. Partner Obligations
- Provide professional and timely delivery services
- Maintain vehicle in good working condition
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
- Keep customer information confidential
- Complete deliveries as requested
- Maintain professional appearance and behavior
- Report any incidents or issues promptly
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Partner Earnings
- Partners receive payment for completed deliveries
- Service fees and commissions as agreed upon
- Weekly payment cycles to registered bank accounts
- Transparent earning statements and reports
5.2 Customer Payments
- Payment due at time of service booking
- Multiple payment methods accepted
- Cancellation and refund policies apply
- Additional charges for premium services
6. Prohibited Activities
- Using the platform for illegal activities
- Harassment or discrimination against users
- Sharing login credentials with others
- Attempting to circumvent platform fees
- Providing false or misleading information
- Damaging or misusing platform features
- Competing directly with JumpKlik services
7. Safety and Insurance
Safety is our top priority. Partners must maintain appropriate insurance coverage and follow all safety protocols. JumpKlik provides additional insurance coverage for qualifying deliveries, but partners remain responsible for their own actions and compliance with regulations.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, safety concerns, or other reasons at our discretion. Users will be notified of account actions and may appeal decisions through our support channels.
9. Liability and Indemnification
JumpKlik's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless JumpKlik from claims arising from their use of the platform or violation of these terms.
10. Intellectual Property
All platform content, trademarks, and intellectual property belong to JumpKlik. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
11. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through mediation and arbitration as per Indian law. Users agree to resolve disputes individually and waive rights to class action lawsuits.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
